Portfolio Development Night
Our first official portfolio development night went swimmingly, with submissions from 12 members and a few other germinating ideas discussed. It’s always inspiring to see the range of concepts our members are working on and there were even one or two diligent photographers who are very near completion!
Once again, our members have been thinking outside the box and left with some helpful feedback to ruminate on. Special thanks goes to our portfolio mentor Jim Crew, who led the evening. Don’t forget we’ve established an expert panel this year to provide assistance to members in specific areas from the development of their idea, through processing and presentation, as well as particular genres. Please reach out if you would like someone to bounce your ideas off.
Being our 10-year anniversary for portfolios, we’re looking forward to a particularly stellar showing and hoping we’re able to hold our traditional face-to-face gala night later in the year.
