Landscape Challenge - Thursday 3rd August

From Jim Crew: Last meeting was our landscape challenge evaluation night. The challenge saw a number of really good quality landscape photographs covering all aspects of the landscape, including country scenes, mountains, lakes, waterfalls, glaciers, the red centre and some built environment and city landscapes.

 Many of the images displayed the use of visual language elements along the lines of our recent discussion of effective composition.

 Our moderator was Robert, who did a sterling job by keeping the discussion going and encouraging wide participation from a number of members.

Our evaluation nights continue to provide a forum for us to display our work and explain our motivations for taking photographs, and to obtain valuable comment from other members.
