Special Presentation - My Style of Photography with Suzanne Nelson

Last night we were treated to a very special presentation by Sydney based artist and photographer, Suzanne Nelson. Suzanne took us through how she finds her inspiration, her way of seeing images and an insight into how she produces her images and mixed media. Suzanne explained how she sees the finished image in her mind when she captures the image and then goes to work processing the RAW file to reflect her vision. Needless to say, none of the finished images resemble the initial capture. An important lesson to be learned from Suzanne’s presentation is the value of “playing” with our images, always with the intention of producing something that refelct our own personal vision.
