Presentation #1: Monochrome Imaging 9th January 2025

Our 2025 programme got off a good start at our first meeting for the year. We had a presentation on creating monochrome photographs, which was in preparation for our first challenge for the year in a few week’s time. The main topics included in the presentation were the difference between colour and monochrome, the importance of visualising in monochrome, setting your camera for making monochrome photographs, colour monochrome and processing to create stunning monochrome photographs.

Considering we are still in the holiday period we had a very good attendance, including two visitors.

Our next meeting, on January 23, is our first evaluation night for the year. So start preparing some of the great photographs you took over the holiday season  another great evening of photography.
